What is "M'elikka?" From the context, I'd guess "the American empire," but why not ask? Also: What is the derivation, and why did you choose that particular word?
Excellent piece. The Germans are having a good time, towering over Japan. Berlin has lots of spoils to gain from total war with Russia and China. Like territory in Eastern Europe, aka EU enlargement, and the markets of cracked up China mainland. But Japan, I am not so sure that America will allow the Japanese to go into China or Russia at all. Tokyo might get Taiwan oversight. My guess is that Washington will place Seoul as the arbiter in the Pacific, and humiliate Tokyo again and again. Just a feeling.
