Modern degrees in the USA are way too expensive. Not worth it. Only the top 5% of candidates are paid like sports superstars. Unless the university does offer you a generous stipend that reflects on your outstanding academic aptitude, you are probably not very gifted and are just one of the many millions of plebs out there. Alternatively, go and study in a socialist country such as Germany, China, Russia or Sweden. As long as you get the required grades, the state covers your university fees. The only downside is you will become an entitled public servant with a Marxist degree, but hey, at least you got it free.

Excellent analysis, Dr. P. The M.A. and Ph.D. degrees are Latin names for teacher and researcher qualifications in those Western countries. That is how the West could delegitimize the rest of the world's educational systems by disqualifying their now worthless degrees. Academia is a Western monopoly and is, in my view, about two things: money and replication. Anyway, the global monopoly makes it impossible for any civilisation outside the core West to thrive. China, Japan, Korea, Russia, and even Saudi Arabia and Iran all had to adapt the Roman degrees or face sanctions, lawfare, and joblessness for their smart people. It is indeed a Western criminal syndicate, how else to describe it? The subdued and colonized people have to buy into the membership scheme or face massive discrimination from the Imperialists. The cost of international schools + M.A. + Ph.D. for a foreigner in America is now $500,000. It's got nothing to do with learning. It is a global money extortion scheme. Of course the Europeans made foreign degrees and homeschooling illegal. It is Roman degrees or homelessness for us. Amen.
